PadelTrail operates under a monthly subscription model of $3.99 USD. Payment is processed automatically through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device.

Is there a free trial period?

Yes, we offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You can try all premium features at no cost during this time.

How does the trial period work?

• When you register, you have full access for 7 days
• You won't be charged during the trial period
• If you don't cancel before it ends, the $3.99/month subscription will automatically start
• You can cancel anytime during the trial without charges

How do I cancel my subscription?

How many players can participate in a tournament?

• Maximum: Depends on format, generally up to 32 participants per tournament

Can I add players during the tournament?

We don't recommend adding players once the tournament has started, as this may affect rotation fairness. It's better to define all participants before starting.

How are points and rankings calculated?

The scoring system can be configured according to different criteria:

• By points: Sum of points won in all matches
• By victories: Number of matches won
• Combined: First by victories, then by points as tiebreaker

How do I create my first account?

To create an account:
